Our Decompression Board & Train Service focuses on helping dogs relax, reset, and rebuild confidence through calm, low-pressure experiences. Instead of strict commands or constant stimulation, it allows dogs to move, sniff, and explore at their own pace—often starting in-home, quiet environments, building to outside, chaotic environments.
The benefits of Decompression Training are reduced anxiety, improved focus, and the ability to emotionally regulate. It’s essentially giving the dog’s nervous system a rebooting, so real relaxation can happen.

Adventure Trip Services
Doggone Fit’s adventure trip services provide social dogs with engaging outings designed to enrich their minds and reinforce training in real-world environments. These trips, offered a minimum of two days per week, focus on safety while promoting socialization and obedience through structured activities and controlled interactions. Ideal for dogs needing consistent mental and physical stimulation outside the home, the program helps maintain lasting positive behaviors and supports overall well-being.

Out & About Class
Our six-week Out and About Dog Training Class takes place in real world environments. Visiting dog friendly locations throughout Worcester County, We will help you to build your dog’s confidence, focus, and good manners around real-world distractions and other dogs. Class is limited to 6 families. We begin in calm, low-pressure environments such as a large park, and gradually work toward more intimate spaces like local farms, breweries, creameries, and downtown areas. This class is especially helpful for dogs that struggle with reactivity toward other dogs, offering a structured, supportive way to learn calm behavior and rebuild confidence while still having fun out in the world
